1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Website and all services, programs, digital products, and content offered by the Company.
1.2 Your use of the Website, purchase of any offerings, or participation in any programs signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
2.1 The Website and all Company offerings are provided for educational, informational, and coaching purposes only. This includes digital programs, group coaching, live calls, workshops, events, guided meditations, visualizations, hypnosis recordings, written materials, emails, and social media content.
2.2 Content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on Company content are done at your own discretion and risk.
2.3 The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, income, or success of any kind.
3.1 The Company provides coaching services, not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental health care.
3.2 Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care if needed.
3.3 By participating in coaching, programs, or content, you acknowledge full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
4.1 All Website content and all materials provided through Company programs and services, including Higher Self GPS (HSGPS), are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
4.2 Single-Participant License
Each purchase of a program, including Higher Self GPS, grants access to one (1) individual participant only. Purchases may not be shared, transferred, or used by multiple individuals.
4.3 Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
Record live or recorded sessions
Download or screen-record program materials
Share login credentials or access
Distribute, sell, sublicense, reproduce, or redistribute content
Use content for commercial or non-personal purposes
4.4 Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to the Company.
5.1 Program access is granted as a limited, revocable license, not a transfer of ownership.
5.2 Content may be hosted on third-party platforms (including Podia). The Company may update, modify, or discontinue content at its discretion.
5.3 The Company is not responsible for platform outages, technical issues, or interruptions beyond its control.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method.
Higher Self GPS is designed for participants who are willing to engage honestly and apply the tools provided.
If you:
Attend the first live group coaching call, and
Determine the program is not the right fit for you
You may request a refund by emailing monet@casiusmonet.com within seven (7) days of that first live call.
A $75 administrative fee will be deducted to cover onboarding, processing, and administrative costs.
Refund requests submitted after this window, or without attendance at the first live call, will not be honored except where required by law.
7.1 Participation in live calls, group spaces, or community environments requires respectful and appropriate conduct.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or bad-faith behavior, without refund.
8.1 The Website may include links to third-party websites or affiliate offers. The Company is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
8.2 Affiliate relationships will be disclosed where applicable.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website or any program for violation of these Terms, misuse of content, or harmful conduct.
9.2 Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
10.2 The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable program or service.
10.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Website or services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington County, Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
